INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2-1 teaspoon garlic powder (to taste)
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4-1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (more if you like extra heat)
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup water
1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

DIRECTIONS
1) Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper and red pepper on plate. Dredge chicken in spice mixture.
2) Heat butter in large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side, until evenly browned. Set aside.
3) Pour off any extra fat in the skillet. Stir in water and cream soup, being careful to loosen any browned bits on the bottom of the pan. Heat to boiling. Return chicken to pan. Cover and cook over low heat 15-20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Stir in sour cream.
