Also known as "S.O.S." :)

2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups milk
2 (2-ounce) packages Carl Buddig beef, finely chopped
1 pinch cayenne pepper

1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Whisk in flour all at once to form a roux. Whisk in milk, a little at a time, increase heat to medium-high, and cook, stirring, until thickened.
2. Bring to a boil, stir in beef and cayenne. Heat through and serve over toast.

Anything's better with gravy! Brings back fond memories of a dish my dad used to make.

I've been craving this for some time. Brings me back to my childhood. I'll be making this meal this week for my family. Thanks for sharing it!
