One of my husband's all-time favorites!

6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
6 slices Swiss cheese
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) package dry bread stuffing mix (I use chicken-flavored Stove Top)
1/4 cup melted butter (optional - I usually omit this to save calories and fat, since the prepared stuffing has butter in it).

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
2. Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions.
2. Arrange chicken breasts in the baking dish. Place one slice of Swiss cheese on top of each chicken breast. Combine cream of chicken soup and milk in a medium bowl, and pour over chicken breasts. Spoon prepared stuffing mix on top, and drizzle with melted butter.
3. Cover and bake 50 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
