INGREDIENTS
4 chicken breasts, bone-in (remove skin)
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup sweet-hot, or dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
pinch curry powder (or to taste)

DIRECTIONS
1. Brown chicken in skillet and transfer to slow cooker.
2. Melt butter in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and add all other ingredients. Whisk together until well combined. Pour over chicken.
3. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Serve with rice or potatoes.
