16 ounces pizza dough
1/8 C olive oil
1/2 tsp minced garlic
Grated parmesan and shredded mozzerella cheeses, to taste
2 roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
6 basil leaves, julienned

1. Preheat oven to 425. Press pizza dough into 14-inch pizza pan. Crust will be very thin.
2. Combine olive oil and garlic. Brush on crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan and shredded mozzarella cheeses.
3. Top with sliced tomatoes. Bake on lowest oven rack for 20 minutes, until crust is golden brown, and cheese is bubbly. Top with julienned basil, and extra parmesan cheese, if desired.
