8 ounces (4 cups) uncooked medium egg noodles
1 lb lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup sour cream

1) Cook egg noodles as directed on package. Drain. Cover to keep warm.
2) Meanwhile, cook beef, onion, and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown. Drain.
3) Stir in soup, salt and pepper. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
4) Stir in sour cream, heat through. Serve over noodles.
