8 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons finely grated onion
1 clove minced garlic
4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup green olives
1/2 cup pecans, chopped small

1. In a food processor, combine the cheeses onion, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Process until well blended. Add olives, and pulse into small chunks.

2. To shape into a ball, scoop the mixture onto the center of a large piece of plastic wrap, and use the wrap to shape the mixture so you don't get your hands all sticky. When you achieve the desired shape, tie up the sides of the wrap tightly with a twist tie, and chill at least 4 hours in the refrigerator. Unwrap, and roll in the chopped pecans to coat.
