1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into small chunks
2 teaspoons beef bouillon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/4 cups water

1. Brown beef and onion in a large saucepan until meat is no longer pink. Add potatoes, bouillon and water.
2. Cover saucepan, heat to boiling. Lower heat and let simmer for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and water has reduced/evaporated.
