1 pound ground beef
1 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
1/2 cup Bisquick
1 cup milk
2 eggs

Heat oven to 400°. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Cook beef and onion until beef is brown; drain. Spread in pie plate; sprinkle with salt and cheese. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.

I knew the moment I saw this recipe that my husband would have an affair. It was true. I surprised him with it a couple of nights ago. The next day, to my amazement, he ate THE ENTIRE BOWL of leftovers for lunch.

Needless to say, I'll be making this again! My son and I thought it was pretty darn tootin good too!
