As is obvious by the name, my Dad is famous for making this meat loaf. It's a little different from all the rest, and we all love it!

2 lbs ground beef or venison
2 eggs, beaten
6 inch stack saltine crackers, crushed fine
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper

1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar

-Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-Mix first six ingredients well by hand. Pat into greased 8x8 square baking dish. Bake 30 minutes.
-Mix sauce ingredients and pour over meat loaf. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
