For Angela-Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground beef
1 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 (14.5 ounce) can petite diced tomatoes
3 tsp beef bouillon
1/2 cup uncooked white rice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp white sugar
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 bay leaf
4 cups water

DIRECTIONS
-Saute beef, onion and celery in melted butter until meat is browned, and vegetables are tender.
-Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer until rice is tender (check often to make sure the rice doesn't get overdone and mushy.
-Remove bay leaf when ready to serve.
