For a one-dish meal, add 1 1/2 cups frozen peas (thawed) to the soup mixture.

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 dash garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
2 pounds tater tots, thawed
2 T grated parmesan cheese
Paprika to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
Brown ground beef and onions over medium heat until juices are clear and onions are tender. Drain. Mix in soup, sour cream, cheese, garlic powder and seasoning salt and mix well. Transfer to casserole dish. Arrange tater tots evenly on top and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until browned. (Note: It's a good idea to put a cookie sheet under the casserole dish, in case it bubbles over while cooking.)
