INGREDIENTS
For dough:
1/2-3/4 C warm water
1 T dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
2 C flour
1 T canola or vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS:
-Mix 1/4 c warm water with yeast and sugar
-Stir to dissolve yeast. Let stand 5 minutes until bubbly
-Mix flour, oil and salt in food processor 5 seconds. Add yeast mixture. Process 10 seconds until blended.
-Leave processor on and drizzle in the remaining warm water just until dough forms a ball. Don't overmix!
-Put dough ball on greased pizza pan. Cover with a bowl and let rise 10 minutes. Pat out.
-Cover with sauce and toppings. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes until crust is light golden brown.

Our favorite toppings are pepperoni, green olives and mozzarella cheese.
