1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 (15 ounce) can pork and beans
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
1 (15 ounce) can butter or great northern beans, drained
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
1/2 cup ketchup
1 cup packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon dry ground mustard
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 C).
-In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onions and celery until vegetables are tender and beef is evenly browned. Drain and set aside.
-In a greased four quart casserole dish, combine the ground beef mixture, pork and beans, kidney beans, butter beans, black beans, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, and dry mustard.
-Cover and bake for 1 hour.
